About the Survey

Methodology

The DKU Senior Exit Survey was developed in collaboration with faculty representatives, student representatives, and student-facing units to gather graduating seniors’ feedback and reflections on their undergraduate experience. The information collected helps inform institutional planning and decision-making, supporting the continued development of DKU’s curriculum, programs, and student experience.

Student feedback plays an important role in shaping academic improvement at DKU. Graduating seniors are invited to share their perspectives to contribute to ongoing efforts to strengthen undergraduate education.

Survey responses are kept confidential and reported only in aggregate. With consent, contact information and post-graduation plans may be shared with the Office of DKU Alumni Relations and Duke University to update alumni records.

All graduating seniors are expected to complete the Senior Exit Survey as part of their exit process before they graduate. The survey instrument consists of questions related to:

  • Undergraduate curriculum and major
  • Co-curricular activities
  • Student services and support
  • Post-graduation plans
  • Learning outcomes
  • Post-graduation contact information
